Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

This policy explains how SparkyBridge, operated through GREEN SUNPOWER PTY LTD, handles personal information submitted through this website and its partner-registration process.

Do not upload customer addresses, identity documents, licence copies, insurance certificates or other sensitive compliance documents through a public registration form. SparkyBridge will request any required verification through a controlled process if a partner progresses to review.

Information we collect

We may collect business and contact details, including business or trading name, legal entity name, ABN, contact name, email address, phone number, service areas, work types, availability, capability information, broad pricing guidance and registration notes.

Why we collect it

We use this information to assess partner interest, contact potential retailer and electrician / installer partners, organise capability review, support suitable introductions and maintain internal coordination records. Registration does not guarantee approval, matching or work allocation.

How information is stored

Public registration submissions are collected through the website form service and made available to authorised SparkyBridge personnel for review. The current partner-portal preview stores test entries only in the user's browser; it does not create a live SparkyBridge account or server-side record.

Before live portal accounts, job posting or document collection are introduced, SparkyBridge will put in place appropriate authenticated storage, role-based access and retention rules, and update this policy where needed.

When we share information

We do not publish personal contact details, full licence identifiers, customer information or exact job addresses in the public Job Center. Information may be shared with a potential coordination counterpart only where reasonably necessary for a reviewed introduction or agreed coordination step. We may also use service providers that help us host the website, receive form submissions or communicate with partners.

Overseas processing

Website, form, email and future database providers may process information outside Australia. Before introducing a provider for live portal records or sensitive information, SparkyBridge will assess the provider and update this policy with the relevant information where appropriate.

Security and retention

We aim to collect only information reasonably needed for the purpose described above and to limit access to authorised personnel. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for partner assessment, coordination, legal obligations or legitimate record-keeping, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing admin@sparkybridge.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our response.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as SparkyBridge develops its live partner portal, storage arrangements and operational processes. The current version will always be published on this page.
